Bianca started her hospitality journey in 2014 when she joined Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road & Downtown Dubai Hotels.
More recently she was a part of the pre-opening team of Marriott Hotel & Marriott Executive Apartments Downtown Abu Dhabi and later took on the responsibility to head the corporate sales for the Abu Dhabi EDITION as well where she played a major role in the success of the multi-property setup and account activations.
Bianca has obtained tremendous experience in hotel sales and leadership roles, which has shaped who she is today and helped her build a large network in the local and international markets.
Bianca is known for her meticulous attention to detail, and she is constantly coming up with new ideas to assist the company to achieve its long-term goals and objectives.
Throughout her career, Bianca has achieved multiple recognitions for her efforts including Marriott Golden Circle EMEA Platinum Achiever 2019 and Marriott President’s Circle Awards Achiever 2018.
Bianca will lead the development of all sales activities at Marriott Hotel Al Forsan, as well as building and maintaining connections with business partners and working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to monitor performance and ensure budgets are fulfilled.
Commenting on the appointment, Bianca said, “I am proud to join the Marriott Hotel Al Forsan as the new Director of Sales. I am excited to work together with the hotel team to tap new opportunities and maximize revenues while leading by example”.
