Designed to provide holistic wellbeing benefits, The Retreat Palm Dubai’s revamped 24-hour retreat package allows you to de-stress and rejuvenate without leaving the modern comforts that the city provide. The package includes an accommodation in a deluxe room with a view of Palm Jumeirah; healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet at Vibe Restaurant; and a 60-minute personalized treatment at Rayya Spa.

It also comes with a complimentary pre-arrival consultation with a wellness coach. Upon check-in, you will be welcomed with a ritual of aroma and colour therapy. During your stay, you will get to attend a range of wellness and fitness activities including yoga for core strength, group breathwork and meditation classes, oxygen relaxation sessions, and more. To detox and refresh your body, you will also receive daily in-room morning detox shots, plus daily Rayya Nutri juice shots served by the hour. The package also includes an in-room self-care sleep rituals to guarantee a well-rested stay. On top of all these benefits, you also have the option to access the hotel’s health amenities including the gym, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, and cold plunge pool.
