The world’s best entertainment destination and a global financial hub, Dubai has opened the world’s deepest swimming pool.

The pool, located at Nad Al Sheba, has also entered the Guinness book of records for its depth.

The pool is 60.02 metres deep, holding 14 million litres of water.

The Deep Dive Dubai features this outstanding pool.

The pool has an astonishing “sunken city,” amongst its many innovations and marvel.

The pool is open to everyone, from professionals to beginners and has great underwater diving experiences.

The pool “sunken city” allows divers to explore the unparalleled landscape, apartment, bookshelf, garage, and arcade, many more surprises.

Diving lessons are also offered to all by the world’s best professionals.

The pool has two underwater habitats with a dry chamber at 6 and 21 metres.

Around 56 underwater cameras cover all angles of the pool with advanced sound and lightings make it look surreal

Keeping hygiene in mind, the pool’s freshwater is filtered and circulated every six hours through siliceous volcanic rock.

The authorities maintain 30 degrees Celsius in the pool for the comfort of the divers.

The shape of the pool is a tribute to the UAE’s heritage as it is shaped like an oyster, covering an area of 1,500sqm.

The facility has a dive shop, gift shop, an 80-seat restaurant, which will open to the public late this year.

There are restaurants and rooms that allows diners and guests a great view of the underwater environment.

Abdulla Bin Habtoor, Deep Dive Dubai’s spokesperson said that the pool allows thrill-seekers to dive inwards and discover a new underwater dimension filled with adventure and wonder.

The pool will open to the public in late July and booking can be made at deepdivedubai.com
