From India, Japan and Malaysia to Thailand, South Africa and Pakistan, diners will be able to take a trip around the world and indulge in globally inspired slow-cooked curries and grilled meats at World of Curries. Featuring a contemporary menu with dishes prepared with healthier ingredients, the restaurant offers an amalgamation of modern yet simplistic cooking. Signature dishes on offer include a Vietnamese prawn curry, chicken jalfrezi, slow-cooked lamb rogan josh and more.

Commenting on the launch of the restaurant, Robin Solomon, Hotel Manager of Aparthotel Adagio Dubai Deira says “We’re thrilled to introduce a unique dining concept such as World of Curries to the foodies of the UAE. The menu of the restaurant has been conceptualised in a way that is meant to inspire and appeal to the explorer in our guests and take them on a food journey around the world through the indulgent and delectable dishes on offer. We are eagerly waiting to welcome diners and treat them to a memorable dining experience like no other.”

The restaurant is helmed by Chef Nilan Jayakody who has over 22 years of culinary expertise working across five-star properties in the UAE such as Atlantis The Palm, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Prior to making UAE his home, chef Nilan started his culinary journey at Colombo Hilton in Sri Lanka where he served as Commis Chef for four years.
