Sitting atop the 24th floor of Dusit Thani Dubai, Thai restaurant Benjarong is set to open its doors on November 8.
Benjarong is Dusit Thani’s signature Thai restaurant, with a global presence and locations in Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Cebu, Davao, Doha, Guam, Hua Hin, the Maldives and Manila.
Carefully crafted and presented by expert Thai Chef de Cuisine Wichit Panyo and his team, the multi-award-winning cuisine finds harmony and balance between the five flavours of sweet, spicy, sour, salty, and creamy.
Some of Chef Wichit’s favourites include Gai Burger Bai Kraprao Lae Khai Dao (grilled chicken burger topped with mushroom, holy basil sauce, Thai fried egg, and steamed rice), Gaeng Kiew Wan (green curry with Thai eggplant, sweet basil leaves, and the choice of vegetables and tofu, chicken, beef, or prawns), and Phad Cha Pla Salmon (Stir-fried salmon fish with Thai round eggplant, zerumbet, green pepper, chili, and sweet basil leaves).
For those in search of some sweet satisfaction, Khao Neaw Mamuang (sticky rice flavoured with pandanus and served with mango and coconut ice cream) is for dessert.
