Two Chicks, a British brand, has arrived in the UAE market with a range of pasteurised, egg-based products.
Having launched as the first egg white brand in the UK in 2007, Two Chicks has grown to include products such as an organic liquid egg white, an ambient egg white and a fresh ready-to-use pancake mix. All of their egg-based products are gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians.
“As the Egg yolk contains the main source of fat and cholesterol in an egg, Two Chicks egg white can be used in place of whole eggs in almost any recipe for a lower fat and calorie alternative. Whip up high protein meals in minutes: omelettes, pancakes, shakshukas or use in your baking for effortless meringues, pavlovas and macarons with no yolk wastage!” say founders Anna Richey and Alla Ouvarova.
The new egg white products are now available in retailers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar, including Lulu Hypermarket, Spinneys and Carrefour.
