Grand Heights Hotel Apartments has officially opened in Dubai’s Barsha Heights district.
The property features 184 fully equipped studios and one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment boasts modern furnishings and amenities. A refrigerator, electric hotplate, microwave and washing machine can be found in the kitchen, while the living space offers flat screen TVs and a seating area.
Accommodation options range from a 36 sqm Classic Studio with a king-size bed, to a spacious 63 sqm Premier One Bedroom Apartment that can accommodate families of up to four and features a pull-out sofa bed in the living room and two bathrooms.
Managed by property developer, The First Group, guests can take advantage of introductory rates starting from AED 3,999 for studios and AED 4,999 for one-bedroom apartments when they book for 30 days or more, which can be extended on a monthly basis.
