Kaffe Bloom, the speciality, Korean-inspired café, located inside 1004 Gourmet has launched a new menu.
Dishes include traditional Korean eats, such as Cheese Tteokbokki, made with authentic sindong-dong teokbokki in home-made sauce, and Yukgaejang, a rich, spicy Korean soup dish served with a bowl of rice.
Plus, Spicy Gochujang Chicken Rice, chicken thigh marinated for 24 hours in homemade gochujang, 24-Hour Beef Bulgogi Rice, slices of Bulgogi beef marinated for 24 hours, soy seafood rice and more.
