Majid Al Futtaim has launched a new selection of hot chocolate beverages in collaboration with Mirzam Chocolate Makers.
The menu, comprising four beverages, will be available exclusively at North 28 Restaurant, which overlooks Ski Dubai in Mall of the Emirates. Mirzam — the UAE’s first bean-to-bar chocolate maker — specialises in hand-crafted artisan chocolate heavily influenced by the heritage and history of the UAE.
The range includes white chocolate, and an option infused with cardamom and locally roasted coffee, inspired by homegrown coffee (or gahwa). It’s made using Mirzam’s 62% Dark Chocolate (a vegan recipe of only cocoa beans and sugar).
Each hot chocolate beverage is priced at AED 25.
