Bombay Brasserie, located at Taj Dubai, is launching a three-course menu by Chef Vikas Milhoutra and Chef Ajay Negi for Valentine’s Day.

To begin, couples can indulge in a selection of sharing platters that include pairings of Truffle & Saffron, chicken morsels flavoured with winter black truffle and saffron.

A marriage of zesty flavours follows with Scallops & Strawberries, featuring tender tandoori scallops with strawberry and guava chaat (salsa) and finishing with Quinoa and Hazelnut – Peshwari lamb boti and quinoa hazelnut tacos.

Vegetarians can savour 24k Edible Gold Sheets of Avocado, tandoor Avocado and tawa Peruvian Asparagus.

The mains bring to the table a hearty selection of signatures. A regionally inspired number, the Chicken Xacuti features a rich Goan chicken curry made from herbs and spice or a Mutton Rogan Josh.

To complete the marriage of flavours, classic Indian desserts are brought to the table, including the Gulabi Rasmalai, rose flavoured cottage cheese dumplings or a Badam Halwa.
