The H Dubai has appointed Sophie Blondel as the new general manager of the hotel.
According to The H, she will oversee the entire strategic operations of the 236-rooms property and ensure profitability and return on owner investment. Aided by her well-honed leadership skills, she will lead the team in offering guests the finest hospitality experience.
Blondel brings almost two decades of expertise and skills to her role, earned from working in various hotel groups in Belgium and the United Arab Emirates.
Her professional career started at Stanhope Hotel in Brussels, where she started working as an intern in the Conference and Banqueting department and moved up to become the 5-star property’s general manager in 2009. She held the same role at Sofitel Brussels Le Louise in 2015 and then at Radisson RED Brussels in 2017 before moving to Dubai.
