Headquartered in Bethel Park, Penn., with additional offices in Altoona, Penn., and Huntington, W.V., L&M’s specialty lighting division focusses on television, theatrical, and architectural projects. Its sales force also offers products and services for healthcare, commercial offices, houses of worship, and other vertical markets. L&M is expected to focus on Brightline products for architectural applications, including the recently redesigned VideoPlus, a flush-mounted linear fixture, and the Flex-T recessed lighting panel for drop ceilings and drywall.

“For more than 40 years, L&M has been delivering high-quality lighting solutions across a number of industries,” said Harry J. McGovern, chairman and CEO, L&M. “Brightline offers outstanding LED lighting options for videoconferencing, which is a growing area of interest for a variety of industries, as well as other challenging architectural projects. We’re excited to offer their products to our customers.”
