Summertown Interiors recently completed the fit-out of Sanofi’s new headquarters in Dubai. Located in One JLT, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, the French multinational pharmaceutical company’s new 2,500sqm workplace has an inviting ‘indoor, outdoor park-theme’.
Working in partnership with the Bluehaus Group design team and CBRE project managers, Summertown met the client’s fit out ambitions to create a sustainable, collaborative, social workspace for its employees – with the aim to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Features of the new workplace include a variety of collaboration areas, biophilia, a mix of modern and sleek meeting zones, innovative workstations, a light-filled stylish cafe and a welcoming reception experience.
