Qatar Stock Index Gains 31.25 Points

Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 31.25 points (+0.30%) when the bourse closed trading at 10,553.46 points on Sunday.
The daily turnover dropped to QR 109.939 Million with a volume of 2,652,425 shares from 2,175 deals today, compared with QR 192.765 Million with a volume of 3,821,949 shares from 3,494 deals on Thursday.
Indices of five sectors ended in the red today while banks and financial services, up +1.06% and insurance, up +0.03%, closed in the green.
QSE Total Return Index gained +0.30% when it closed at 16,403.83 points today. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index closed -0.27% lower at 3,949.16 points. QSE All Share Index gained +0.25% (2,815.55 points).
From the 43 companies listed on QSE, 42 saw trading today. From these, 12 gained, 24 closed lower and six remained unchanged.
