Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Properties has begun the construction of its Stella Maris project in Dubai Marina; the group’s first project in the emirate.
The project is located at the southern end of Dubai Marina, and will feature 313 luxury residences ranging from one to three bedrooms, as well as four bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses and penthouses.
The G+52 storey residential building with six basement levels has been awarded to NSCC International. In addition, Asteco Property Management has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent.
