Four new UAE nationals have been appointed to lead key divisions within the Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB). The appointments were issued by CEO Dr Khaled Al Mazrouei to go in line with the company’s commitment to Emiratisation and expanding opportunities for specialised national workforce.

He said: “With an increasing evolving job market, it is critical to ensure that Emiratis are equipped to lead and drive the industry and our nation forward.”

The newly appointed managers include: Hussein Al Baloushi, named manager of the Baynunah Corvettes Development Programme; Najeeb Al Shekeily appointed as manager of Naval Support Services (NSS); Abdul Khaleq Al Harethi, manager of the Arialah Project; and Saeed Al Ataishy as programme manager of Kuwait LandingCraft.
