Al Shafar General Contracting Co. LLC (ASGC) announced the completion of structural work for the Marina Bloom development yesterday. The mixed-use project is developed UAE-based Bloom Properties. It will feature a five-star hotel, 57 executive serviced apartments, and waterfront retail areas in the Al Bateen Area in Abu Dhabi Marina.
Initial construction work started in April 2014 and the project is expected to be fully complete by Q3 2016.
