Mr. Rashed Annoon Al Nuaimi, Senior Vice President (Administration) in ADGAS said: “ADGAS is fully committed to developing, building and empowering promising UAE young leaders in this strategic sector, and provide them with the skills they need to meet the changing work requirements”.

The Leaders of Tomorrow program which is internationally accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in the UK, is designed to train high potential Emiratis for assuming leadership roles in the future, whilst acquiring an internationally recognized qualification; ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership.

“We are proud of our graduating staff today. Building a second generation of highly skilled UAE national leaders is vital for moving ADGAS forward for achieving brighter future and sustained growth”. He added.

Launched in 2014, the Leader of Tomorrow Program is one of the initiatives being implemented in ADGAS that provides support to young Emiratis qualified to become future leaders of tomorrow. The program is implemented through the supervision and guidance of The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), a UK-based learning institute.
