Lödige Industries has equipped the new perfume production facility of Emper Perfumes and Cosmetics in Dubai with two of its Sherpa freight lifts with a capacity of 1000 kg each. The lifts are used to transport raw materials to the mezzanine floor for production. For their new factory located in the Technoparc Dubai, the company required a customised transport solution. With this investment, the company is strengthening its position on the important MEA fragrance market, which is steadily increasing its importance for the global perfume trade.

The installation of the two lifts was finished within three weeks, which is a remarkably short time for a project like this. The custom-made version ordered by Emper features stainless steel inner walls and platform, due to its hygienic, non-porous surface, the ease of maintenance and cleaning and its aesthetic appearance. Both lifts have a capacity of 1000 kg and the cabin size amounts to 1600 x 1600 x 2300 mm.

Mr. Khalil Ahmad Diab, Partner of Emper Perfumes and Cosmetics: “The new lifts are an important part of our intralogistics and support our efficient production with reliable and durable transport capacities. After being able to see the Sherpa model in another warehouse in Dubai, we decided to purchase the specialised version from Lödige Industries because it matches our processes and quality requirements perfectly. The products are a great contribution to our high production standards.”

Emper Fragrances and Cosmetics is a young company, striving to create an exquisite range of perfumes and premium cosmetics. With this product portfolio, the company has established itself on the growing perfume market in the Middle East. The region has a long history in the perfume business. Today, it is connecting traditions with high-end production technologies.
