The UAE Parliamentary Division of the Federal National Council, FNC, has participated in a symposium to deepen economic integration among the Gulf Cooperation Council for the Arab States, GCC.
The symposium was organised by the Qatari Shura Council in Doha under the title, “The march of economic integration of the Gulf Cooperation Council, achievements and challenges”.
Salem Bilrakagh Al Ameri and Saeed Nasser Al Khatri, Members of the Parliamentary Coordination Committee and Foreign Relations in the GCC Legislative Councils, participated in the symposium.
Al Ameri noted that the symposium focused on the efforts made by the GCC governments to support the march of the Gulf Cooperation and stressed the importance of exerting further efforts to overcome the obstacles that prevent access to economic integration among the Gulf Cooperation Council.
