The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) announced today the launch of its inaugural mobile application during GITEX Technology Week.
The U.A.E.TRA App was designed to simplify multiple communication processes by providing users with assistance at their fingertips.
The mobile application was developed to offer solutions in several areas of user concern. With seven segments being covered, services include device verification, report SMS marketing, signal coverage and much more.
Mohamed Nasser Al Ghanim, Director General of TRA, said, “We are pleased to announce TRA’s first ever mobile application in the region’s most anticipated ICT event. The U.A.E.TRA App will be available for download in approved smart phones and will enable our continued efforts to improve services within the telecommunications sector. GITEX is certainly the most suited platform to release the latest TRA technological advances.”
