Dubai Holding, the global investment holding company, today announced its participation for the first time in Cityscape Global 2014, which will begin this Sunday at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Joining Dubai Holding in its pavilion are two of its companies, Dubai Properties (DP), its real estate development arm and, TECOM Investments, the real estate master developer and operator of Dubai’s leading business parks. Together, they will showcase a range of tourism destinations, residential communities and business districts that contribute to the growth of Dubai’s non-oil sectors.

Ahmad bin Byat, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding, said, “This is the first time that Dubai Holding has a consolidated presence with its companies at Cityscape Global, demonstrating the scale of projects underway and our contribution to the development of Dubai’s economic diversification strategy. Most recently, we announced the launch of Mall of the World, set to become the largest temperature-controlled pedestrian city with mixed-use components in the world. This development, along with other projects announced by Dubai Properties and TECOM Investments, aim to meet the aspirations of Dubai Vision 2020 and strengthen the emirate’s positioning as a global hub for investment, tourism and business.” Dubai Holding’s 600 sq.m. pavilion at Cityscape is located in Hall 7 in Dubai World Trade Centre, and will feature an array of flagship projects led by Mall of the World, Dubai Properties’ diversified portfolio including new projects in Cultural Village and Burj Khalifa District, and existing projects in DUBAILAND, as well as TECOM Investments’ Dubai Design District (D3) and Villa Lantana. During the conference, Dubai Holding will share progress and updates on several projects displayed at its pavilion.
